Position: Pre-Primary Coordinator
Location: Bihar
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Pre-Primary section.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the Pre-Primary section
• Supervise and guide Pre-Primary/Mother Teachers
• Plan and monitor age-appropriate academic activities
• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum
• Maintain academic standards and classroom quality
• Coordinate assessments, activities and events
• Communicate effectively with parents and school management
• Support teachers in developing child-centric and activity-based learning practices
Eligibility:
• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant qualification in Education
• NTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed / B.Ed. preferred
• Relevant experience in Pre-Primary coordination or academic leadership preferred
• Strong communication, leadership and classroom-management skills
• Experience in a reputed school will be an advantage
