By accessing our website, creating an account, registering as a candidate or employer, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Vedanta Placement Agency
Vedanta Placement Agency is an independent recruitment and placement consultancy specializing in hiring for educational institutions across India. We assist schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational organizations in recruiting qualified teaching and non-teaching professionals. Our role is limited to facilitating the recruitment process. The final hiring decision always rests with the employer.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
- You will comply with all applicable laws while using our services.
- You are authorized to use the information and documents submitted during registration
3. Registration
Candidates are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate personal, educational, and professional information.
Registration may include the submission of:
- Resume/CV
- Educational qualifications
- Experience details
- Identity proof (if required)
- Demo teaching video (where applicable)
- Other recruitment-related documents
Vedanta Placement Agency reserves the right to verify any information provided. Submission of false, misleading, or forged information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your registration without prior notice.
4. Registration Plans
Vedanta Placement Agency may offer different registration plans, including Standard and Premium Registration. Registration fees are charged for profile creation, document processing, candidate verification, interview coordination, and recruitment support services.
Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Interview selection
- Employment
- Salary level
- Joining confirmation
Registration validity and plan benefits are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.
5. Recruitment Process
Vedanta Placement Agency evaluates candidate profiles and recommends suitable applicants to employers based on job requirements.
The recruitment process may include:
- Profile evaluation
- Shortlisting based on eligibility
- Interview coordination
- Demo teaching arrangement (if applicable)
- Reference checks (if requested)
- Offer negotiation support
The Agency does not control or influence the employer's hiring decisions.
6. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to:
- Provide genuine and accurate information.
- Keep their contact details updated.
- Attend scheduled interviews on time.
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process.
- Inform Vedanta Placement Agency immediately after accepting an offer or joining an institution through our reference.
- Pay applicable placement service charges after successful joining, where agreed.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of recruitment services.
7. Employer Responsibilities
Employers using our recruitment services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete job descriptions and requirements.
- Conduct fair and lawful recruitment practices
- Issue appointment letters and employment contracts directly to selected candidates.
- Ensure timely salary payments and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Vedanta Placement Agency is not responsible for salary disputes, employment conditions, or workplace issues after the candidate joins the employer.

1. Registration Fees
Vedanta Placement Agency offers the following registration plans:

The registration fee covers administrative and recruitment support services, including but not limited to:
- Candidate profile creation
- Document verification
- Resume screening
- Profile management
- Job matching
- Interview coordination
- Recruitment assistance
- Candidate database maintenance
Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee job placement, interview selection, or employment.
2. Refund Policy
All registration fees paid to Vedanta Placement Agency are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a registration has been successfully completed and the profile has been activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The candidate decides not to continue with the recruitment process.
- The candidate is not shortlisted by any employer.
- The candidate is not selected after an interview.
- The candidate declines a job offer.
- The candidate accepts employment through another source.
- The registration validity expires.
- Incorrect or incomplete information is submitted by the candidate.
- The candidate fails to attend scheduled interviews.
- The candidate voluntarily withdraws from the recruitment process.
Candidates are advised to review all details carefully before making any payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
Candidates may request cancellation of their registration at any time by contacting our support team.
However:
- Cancellation of registration does not entitle the candidate to any refund.
- Cancellation does not waive any outstanding obligations arising from successful placement through Vedanta Placement Agency.
- Once cancelled, access to recruitment support and related services may be discontinued.
4. Placement Service Charges
Vedanta Placement Agency does not collect placement service charges before successful joining.
Placement service charges become payable only after the candidate has successfully joined the hiring institution through our recruitment services.
The applicable service charges are:
Teaching Staff
Service Charge: 50% of the candidate's first month's gross salary.
Example:
If the first month's gross salary is ₹40,000, the applicable service charge will be ₹20,000.
Non-Teaching Staff
Service Charge: 66.67% of the candidate's first month's gross salary, equivalent to 20 days' salary.
Example:
If the first month's gross salary is ₹30,000, the applicable service charge will be ₹20,000.
5. Payment Methods
Payments may be accepted through secure online payment methods made available on our website, including:
- UPI
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Other approved digital payment methods
All online payments are processed through authorized and secure payment gateway partners.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment service provider within the applicable settlement period.
In case of a duplicate payment, please contact our support team with the relevant payment details. Verified duplicate transactions may be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable banking and payment gateway procedures.
7. Payment Confirmation
A payment will be considered successful only after confirmation is received from the payment gateway and reflected in our system.
Vedanta Placement Agency reserves the right to delay activation of services until payment verification is complete.
8. Taxes
All applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges, if any, shall be charged in accordance with the prevailing laws of India.
9. Policy Updates
Vedanta Placement Agency reserves the right to amend or update this Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on our website shall supersede all previous versions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, documents, trademarks, layouts, and branding, is the exclusive property of Vedanta Placement Agency unless otherwise stated.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Vedanta Placement Agency acts solely as a recruitment facilitator.
We shall not be liable for:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
