COMMON JOB DESCRIPTION

A reputed CBSE school in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh is looking for qualified, experienced, dedicated and passionate professionals to join its academic and administrative team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of teaching, student development, academic coordination and overall school operations, depending on their assigned responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver effective, engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, worksheets, assessments and other academic materials.

• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive, disciplined and inclusive learning environment.

• Monitor students' academic performance, participation, behaviour and overall development.

• Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress and maintain accurate academic records.

• Provide appropriate support and guidance to students based on their individual learning needs.

• Work closely with coordinators, teachers and school management to achieve academic objectives.

• Participate in academic planning, meetings, examinations, school events and co-curricular activities.

• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and development wherever required.

• Maintain proper documentation, records and reports related to assigned responsibilities.

• Contribute to the overall development of students through academics, activities, sports, music, arts and other school programmes as applicable.

• Follow school policies, academic standards, child-safety guidelines and professional conduct requirements.

• For coordination-level responsibilities, supervise academic activities, support teachers, monitor curriculum implementation and coordinate with school management.

• For front-office responsibilities, handle communication, visitor management, enquiries, records and day-to-day administrative coordination professionally.

• For sports, music and specialised activities, conduct structured training sessions and encourage students to participate and develop their skills.

ELIGIBILITY

• Relevant educational qualification as applicable to the assigned position.

• Relevant professional/teaching qualification or certification wherever required.

• Prior experience in a reputed school or educational institution will be preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and effective classroom communication.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, coordinators and school management.

• Positive attitude, professional behaviour and commitment towards student development.
