Job Title: English TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English TGT to teach students at the middle and secondary school levels. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment. Key Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum. * Teach grammar, literature, writing, reading, and spoken English effectively. * Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress. * Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and learning materials. * Foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills among students. * Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. * Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and staff meetings. * Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in English. * B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. * TGT qualification as per applicable educational norms. * Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred). * Excellent command of written and spoken English. Skills Required * Strong classroom management skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Good organizational and time management abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools. * Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
