HR Manager – Aurangabad, Bihar
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month
Qualification: MBA (HR preferred)
Experience: Relevant HR/administrative experience preferred.

- Manage recruitment, employee records & HR operations
- Handle staff attendance, performance & grievances
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Knowledge of school HR policies and labour regulations preferred
