Job Title: Headmistress (HM) – Level 5 & 6 Location: Delhi Public School, Nacharam, Hyderabad About the Role Delhi Public School, Nacharam, Hyderabad is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Headmistress to lead Level 5 & 6. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic leadership, excellent people management skills, and a commitment to fostering holistic student development while maintaining the highest standards of teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities • Provide academic and administrative leadership for Level 5 & 6. • Monitor curriculum planning, implementation, and academic outcomes. • Mentor, guide, and evaluate teachers to ensure high-quality classroom instruction. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment. • Plan and execute academic calendars, assessments, and school events. • Monitor student performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Coordinators, HODs, and the Principal to achieve institutional goals. • Build strong relationships with parents through effective communication and engagement. • Ensure compliance with school policies, CBSE guidelines, and child safety norms. • Encourage innovation, technology integration, and experiential learning practices. Qualifications • Master's Degree in a relevant discipline with a B.Ed. (Mandatory). • Minimum 8–12 years of teaching experience with 3–5 years in an academic leadership role (HM/Coordinator/Vice Principal or equivalent). • Experience in a reputed CBSE school is preferred.
